Although music is the driving force behind our creative process, we have expanded upon our narrative concept by writing a compilation of short stories to be released alongside the album. These stories were conceived in function of the length of the songs to enhance the listener’s experience. As the creative process evolved we decided to include photos with each story to help visualize our narrative.

I’m sick and tired of living my life on the wire For the same desires which have haunted me too long I know that I can not just fade into the afterglow Because it’s falling away I’m waiting for a miracle Which will uplift my thoughts from this gutter Where they have been festering within this hopelessness By waking me from this dream And releasing these painful memories As they slip into frame I’m waiting for a miracle I’ve been dying for a miracle To take me away and cradle my guilt In their open arms I will rebuild This sacrifice which brings sanctity Will lead me free to this paradise I know that I could find a way to survive this curse Which has eaten me alive I know that I could live a life I desire if it wasn’t for all of you I’m still dying for a miracle To take me away

The darkness has been spreading Consuming hope like fire Depleting our emotions And seeping through our desires I could see my father shaking As the rest of us stood still Silently clinging closely Trying hard to conceal our fears You see the time for us had come To abandon all thoughts of absolution Our empty hourglass had sung As my father turned to us and said You’ll see that days like this will come When everything seems wrong I trust that you will overcome And learn how to be strong The blinding light rose up from below The earth began to quake as the shattered towers fell These skeletal spires we were forced to take refuge in Reflect the irony We just watched them fall so beautiful yet disastrous Just make sure to close your eyes

Deep within that chasm I left my loved ones Buried beneath the rubble crushed and torn I crawled towards daylight I feel the light, as it falls upon my face I try to shrug off the disgrace Which has been consuming me from the inside out I’ve been searching for a cure to take me back to then But now I know that I’ve been mislead My blackened soul is screaming out To be released and finally set free This remorse plaguing me Must be sanctified and then set free This barren terrain I stumble through it surrounds me I feel like there is no one left to trust I feel completely alienated but yet I must persevere I trust I can find the answers The symptoms of this disease Have been binding me completely I seem to be trapped in these nightmares So roped in that I must surrender You must believe I can still see you as you slipped away And I can still hear you as you screamed my name I can still remember what you said that day I know I promised that I would find a way

Mount Auster 03:40
We were shaken awake and dragged from bed Into a pickup truck Your whispered words Harshly contrast the night’s tranquility You were praying for guidance To purify these fractured days We only had one chance To claim our fates Before our world decayed We climbed up to the top of a tree scattered range Within darkened cave where a torch revealed Throughout the coming days we tried to hide From the frightful atrocities We huddled closely together Wondering what has happening Days have slipped by without grace Leaving us here withered and displaced You were praying for some guidance To purify these days We only had one chance To claim our fates, and rearrange Before our world decayed

We could feel the shockwaves As they spread out from the fault The terror rose Our peaceful waters began to stir And crept further upon the shore Just take a deep breath and leave it all behind Just let go and retreat within your mind Learn now to forgive and strive to reconcile Don’t struggle when you’re swept beneath the tide Time filters away And we find ourselves in knee deep water And we’re already gasping for air We try not to see That this is only the beginning And everything will be descending This water will not subside We close our eyes as we We’re treading water in Central Park There are far less of us now The heaping pile Now lays inches beneath our franticly kicking feet We’re grasping out But exhaustion will overcome But we were not alone When we climbed and clawed towards some air Just for a breath

Where am I going tonight I feel it its sweeping me behind I believe in this dream which I am feeding And rearranging as it is slowly approaching I can’t ignore it when I feel it creeping up inside Burrowing deep within my consciousness I can’t conceal this emotion yes I must find a way To make them believe that I’ll rewrite their fates I’ll save them all from themselves I will become the one I now feel relieved in spite of all the negativity Clasping hands with anyone within my reach I must now fulfill this destiny Who will carry their burdens as my own I’ll lead them throughout the end Once we reach the outer degree we might find safety I will fight for what we believe I’ll lead us through the end Yes you’ll see I will pick you up when you’re falling Lift you right side up when you’re flailing Guide you till the end Just you mark my word I’ll never ever leave you alone To make them believe that I can Save them from themselves

This bleeding twilight reflects our wishes from above I try to catch them but there is no use for Everything has come undone I hear her whimper asking me if this will all sort out I try to reassure her but I know now This is where we will fade away Let us close our eyes and imagine a new beginning Where we would have listened to all their warnings The rising currents a misconception we chose to ignore Could have opened our minds to the truth we all abhorred Now I’m screaming For you to help me get through the door But it seems that you can’t hear me And I feel myself slowly begin to fall away I can see it as it is crashing down upon us The walls have descended and we are all now trapped inside But the worst of it all is the weight upon the soul As it lifted me away I still remember For I can not just abandon everything I could not leave her here alone I still remember

Don't Panic 04:08
We did it we finally crossed the ocean We’ve reached the other side Our passion through which we navigated Has cast our doubts aside Our endless courage has now Paved a steady course Our future is now We will rebuild We can leave this all behind We are stronger We’ll never turn back again We will move on We can change our ways We trust each other We’ll never be lost again Their destruction opened the flood gates Which forced us to retaliate We are free now we’ve finally overcome We are stronger than ever imagined We can live now the lives that we dreamed of We have a future now that yours has come undone

I could tell by their eyes That they required of some encouragement I felt them all fall behind The time had come for me to motivate I ascended through the crowd And exclaimed to everyone That I needed their attention Where are you going to be When everything is unveiled I promise you that I’ll be here Just waiting to hold your hand Who was going to be the last one to follow I knew that I would rather be floating than drowning I stood tall throughout their plight When running waters were speeding up I tried to lift their spirits all along I was leading the way Waiting to hold your hand And make you understand That this must be a part of his plan I walked the line the line that used to confine me I turn astray as the wall rises and consumes us
